Appointments and CancellationsAppointments can be booked online through our booking platform.We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.Failure to attend an appointment without notice will incur a fee.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments where appropriate.

- Payments for services may be made:
- Online by credit card or direct bank transfer
- In person at appointments.
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers:
-Are not refundable-Must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher (Voucher validity periods may range from 3 months to 3 years depending on the voucher issued)
Expired gift vouchers may not be redeemable unless required by applicable law.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Children and Minors
Services provided to individuals under 18 years of age require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.A parent or guardian may be required to provide health information, consent forms, and other relevant details before treatment is provided.
